These domains and the supporting rubric were identified and developed between 2021-2024. The rubric was developed through collaboration of six Oregon STEM Hubs. The rubric has been iterated four times. It has been reviewed and adjusted based on over 100 Oregon educators' feedback. In the spirit of continuous improvement, this rubric will be reviewed and republished every two years based on educator and school feedback.
