Description:
The STEAM Mini-courses are focused on supporting teachers to utilize district adopted curriculum and/or existing units and finding opportunities to integrate STEAM learning opportunities. The first day will focus on understanding what STEAM integration can look like in a grade level appropriate way. The second day will ask teachers to bring existing lessons or units and plan STEAM adjustments with facilitator support and collaboration. Additional STEAM learning resources and opportunities will be shared with educators in attendance.
K - 2 Workshop (2 days, 10 hours)

Day 1 - Overview of adapting curriculum to best integrate STEAM learning opportunities
Day 2 - Workshop, bring a unit and workshop it to integrate more STEAM for your students
3rd - 5th/6th (2 days, 10 hours)
