Equity Leadership Network for STEM (Equity LeNS)

Equity LeNS is a group of STEM and Equity education leaders who are coming together to assess needs and identify assets within our region, and to learn from each other as they co-create professional development opportunities and resources while building their own leadership skills to support other educators in addressing Equity within STEM education. By leveraging in-school and out-of-school expertise in both STEM and Equity, this group will begin to build the capacity within our region to address persistent achievement gaps for students of color, English Language Learners, girls, and other underrepresented groups within STEM.
